Arrival Transfer

We service Schönefeld ( SFX ) and Tegel ( TXL ) airports in Berlin. Being met by a Limousine chauffeur at any of these airports in Berlin is very convenient. We meet all passengers at the baggage claim or right outside of customs. Your name is prominently displayed on a sign so that you will have no difficulty finding your chauffeur.

The chauffeur assists with your luggage. For convenience your car is parked as close to the terminal as possible. You will travel the quickest route to your destination where your chauffeur will complete the service by providing curbside luggage assistance. Important : Please advise your full flightnumber and name/address of your hotel at time of booking.

Client has to look out for somebody holding a sign with the name of the client/group within one hour after the plane has landed at the gate or at the Meeting Point of the Airport.

Duration : one way transfer from any Berlin Airport to your hotel in Berlin.

Departure : 24 hours a day.

Location: Meeting Point at the Airport or gate.

This tour must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of travel.

Confirmation for this product will be received at time of booking.

Client has to be at the Gate or  "Meeting Point", within one hour after   the plane has landed.

All the cars and busses are modern and comfortable (type: Mercedes or VW ), your driver is professional, reliable and correctly attired.

Airport Transfers are non-refundable in case of delay or cancellation of the fight due to bad weather or any other circumstances.

Please advise your flight number and ETA ( Estimated Time of Arrival )  and you will be pickup at the gate designated to your flight by one of our friendly drivers.

The Chauffeur will be holding a sign with your name on it at the gate, he will then escort you to the vehicle and take care of your luggage.

You will then be driven to your destination somewhere in Berlin.
