When you disembark your cruise ship please make your way outside the terminal entrance. Look for your coach with the name of your group on it. If the ship is delayed the starting time will be postponed to 30 minutes after it docks. If for any reason you are not with our driver at this time please call us immediately at +31 205301098. Please note our bus, unfortunately, will not be able to wait for you if you are late and do not contact us and we will not be able to provide a refund.
The tours start 30 minutes after the cruise ship docks. This ensures you return to the cruise ship plenty of time before it departs. We have been conducting tours from Warnemünde for many years and from our experience, 30 minutes is enough for passengers to disembark the ship and find our assistants and there is no need to run! We would certainly not leave if people were still coming out of the ship and if we were still missing passengers who booked with us in advance. We also have an emergency mobile number so that you can contact us should there be any additional issues with leaving the ship.
